Omada is looking for a Senior Director of Sales and Revenue Operations to lead and further scale this key function within our organization.This role focuses on every operational aspect of the buyer’s journey by designing, optimizing, and driving performance of the GTM operating system (e.g. data/insights, processes, and technology). The Senior Director of Sales and Revenue Operations oversees a team of operational talent spanning, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations and channel operations. This is a high impact position in a fast-growing, highly successful organization that offers tremendous room for professional growth. The position reports to the VP of Commercial Operations.
Your Impact:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of Revenue Operations strategy to support and optimize the performance of all customer facing teams including, Employer Sales, Customer Success, Health Plan Sales, and Partnerships. Lead annual roadmap planning and strategic initiatives to scale operations in alignment with company objectives.
- Sales Force and GTM Optimization: Direct the organizational strategies for sales force productivity including quota management, pipeline management, process optimization, and the design and administration of sales compensation plans. Influence decision-making by developing robust forecasting and pipeline management methodologies.
- Process Excellence: Architect a growth-oriented roadmap for process improvement, with system and tool enhancements that provide data-driven insights to advance productivity metrics across our B2B2C customer journey. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaboration and Influence: Build and maintain influential relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Alliances, and Marketing to ensure cohesive strategy execution. Partner closely with senior leadership to enhance sales processes and facilitate successful rollouts of new initiatives.
- Compensation Strategy Management: Guide effective sales compensation strategies in collaboration with People Operations and Finance, managing the annual sales compensation cycle, compensation committee and governance.
- Cross-functional Integration: Lead Omada’s Commercial roadmap planning planning. Ensure forecasting, and budgeting efforts are harmoniously integrated with broader company processes, driving alignment across departments.
- AI Transformation: Partner cross-functionally to support AI transformation across commercial operations.
- People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a Revenue Operations team and culture aligned with Omada values. Serve as a member of the Commercial Operations senior leadership team.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred.
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or finance, with a focus on optimizing revenue generation activities, preferably in health tech.
- Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and delivering actionable reporting and analytics.
- Proficient in Salesforce products and various sales productivity tools; adept at leveraging technology to enhance sales force efficiency.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and establishing a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to derive insights from diverse data sources and operational feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to harness curiosity to identify and drive innovative solutions and strategic insights, proactively seeking out new opportunities and challenges to optimize revenue operations and achieve organizational goals.
- Experience preparing and scaling a company towards an IPO is a significant advantage.
- Hands-on management style, capable of navigating complex challenges and driving the organization towards achieving ambitious goals.

Zone 1: $232,760 - $290,950
Zone 2: $222,640 - $278,300
Zone 3: $202,400 - $253,000

*The actual offer, including the compensation package, will be within the posted range for the relevant zone and will be determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations such as internal equity.
