As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead complex electrical engineering projects from technical design through delivery while supporting project, staffing, and client objectives. You will provide technical direction across building electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, medium-voltage systems, microgrids, photovoltaic and battery systems, and low-voltage infrastructure. The role combines hands-on engineering with project leadership, quality oversight, mentoring, and client-facing responsibilities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop safe, sustainable, compliant, and high-quality designs. You will also contribute to proposals, presentations, technical thought leadership, and the development of engineering talent.
