Senior Marketing Operations Manager

This role owns the operational foundation that powers marketing performance in a high-volume, product-led environment. You will connect marketing automation, CRM, product data, and analytics to create scalable systems that turn customer signals into action. The position combines strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on execution across lifecycle marketing, attribution, experimentation, and MarTech infrastructure. You will partner closely with Growth, Revenue Operations, Data, Product, and other go-to-market teams to improve acquisition, activation, conversion, and revenue visibility. A major focus will be ensuring data quality, email deliverability, measurement, and operational governance remain reliable as programs scale. The role offers significant autonomy and is ideal for a systems-oriented marketer who enjoys solving complex problems and building trusted growth infrastructure.
