(Senior) Product Engineer (Backend)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a (Senior) Product Engineer (Backend) based in  Germany.

As a backend-focused Product Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building reliable, scalable SaaS products that directly improve the way frontline employees work. You’ll take deep ownership of backend systems while staying connected to the broader product and user experience. Working within a cross-functional product squad, you’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, and AI. The role encourages end-to-end ownership, from understanding user needs and shaping solutions to prototyping, shipping, and measuring impact. You’ll also use modern AI coding tools to expand your reach across unfamiliar parts of the technology stack.
