Job Description:

J&J MedTech India is the market leader in the Medical Devices Industry in India. It is in the business of caring and providing solutions to doctors, patients and nurses. It comprises of multiple Franchises (Strategic business units) providing healthcare solutions across Vision Care, Orthopaedics, and Surgery.

Position Title: Senior Product Manager- Capital Business

Role Type: Individual contributor

Department Name / Franchise: Surgery (AESS)

Position Location: Mumbai

Reports to (Title / Designation): Associate Marketing Director

Role Description:

• Lead and develop accelerated growth strategies for the Surgical Energy Capital Portfolio-New Products by incorporating market insights and translating stakeholder requirements and expectations into programs driving device adoption
• Demonstrate launch excellence with NPIs and execute NPI launches flawlessly
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues including Sales, Regional SEA Marketing, Government Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, and Healthcare Compliance to execute the business plan to deliver positive business results.
• Facilitate risk assessments and analysis of market conditions to determine business strategies that anticipate market trends and consumer behaviour and increase company market share.
• Develop deep working relations with top KOLs across the country and onboard them as advocators for NPIs
• Integrate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives
• Conduct Research: Gather and analyze data to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Participate in Team Meetings: Attend meetings and contribute innovative ideas and insights.
• Complete Assigned Projects: Work on specific tasks and projects within deadlines.
• Prepare Presentations: Create and deliver presentations on your work and findings to the team.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work alongside other interns and team members on cross-functional projects.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required

A Master’s Degree in a related field or an MBA is preferred

Experience is Capital Selling space

Strong communication, presentation, analytical and planning skills Proven track record in execution with excellence, has strong business acumen
