Main Responsibilities

• Execute regular customer calls in the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and maximize business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and engaging potential new accounts.

• Monitor customer inventory, purchasing patterns, and market demand; negotiate orders to maximize sales opportunities.

• Provide customers with up-to-date information on new products, services, pricing, and relevant changes.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance, and provide timely reports as required.

• Contribute to the development of annual budgets, sales forecasts, and territory business plans.

• Gather and analyze competitor and market intelligence, and proactively share relevant insights with the line manager.

• Provide market feedback and actionable recommendations to support business growth and customer engagement.

• Plan and execute promotional and customer engagement activities, including roundtable discussions, patient awareness programs, and other effective marketing initiatives.

About You

• University graduate, preferably with a degree in Science or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience in biologics or specialty care is preferred.

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrates a growth mindset and an agile, adaptable approach to work.

• Strong territory management and customer engagement skills.

• Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Positive attitude with a strong passion for the pharmaceutical industry and delivering business results.

• Good command of both written and spoken English.
