Senior Project & Program Manager - Marketing Operations

The Senior Project & Program Manager- Marketing Operations will work closely with the Director of Marketing Operations to support overall project management for all activities that funnel into the Central Marketing Organization at HLRP.  In addition to ensuring that a consistent and best in class project management framework is adhered to, this role will serve as a key point of entry for requests/projects to ensure that they are prioritized in alignment with revenue objectives and that resources are appropriately allocated.  Working with the team, they will serve as the central hub for overall project management specific to Central Marketing projects and processes.  They will support our Solutions Marketing team with key multi-channel growth campaigns in addition to managing their own body of work for on-going campaigns in flight.

Key Responsabilities

• Facilitate marketing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and VSP priorities of the organization.
• Work closely with key stakeholders in Central and Product Marketing to ingest, align work to segment priorities and deliver upon marketing projects.
• Work with internal and external resources throughout the project lifecycle ensuring vendors define/meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Identify potential project risks and escalate for remediation and reprioritization as needed.
• Independently manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved, analyzing potential risks and problem solving accordingly.
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

What We Are Looking For

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or relevant equivalent experience

Experience:

• Proven experience in program/project management principles and methodologies.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to move action forward in a professional manner.
• 5+ years of business experience demonstrating a broad background across marketing, operations and project/program management.
• 4+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaign related projects or programs

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of Marketing technology tools: Marketo, Salesforce, On24, Project Management tools, Website Content Management Systems (AEM, Sitecore) and experience with data analytics preferred.
• Working knowledge of emerging AI and generative AI technologies and their application within marketing, project management, operations, and business workflows.
• Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, with the ability to evaluate and adopt new technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve team effectiveness, productivity, and business outcomes.
• Smartsheet knowledge preferred with Smartsheet Certification a plus.
• Exposure to Sales Operations and an understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, or operational reporting would be considered an advantage.

Tools:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Smartsheet or similar project management/marketing resource management tool.
