As a Senior Territory Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding access to innovative transcatheter heart valve therapies across your assigned territory. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for healthcare professionals and clinical stakeholders, combining strong cardiovascular knowledge with strategic commercial expertise. The role centers on building lasting customer relationships, understanding local market dynamics, and influencing clinical and purchasing decisions. You’ll identify new business opportunities while developing and executing territory plans aligned with regional objectives. Working in a fast-paced medical technology environment, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute directly to advances in structural heart care. Your work will help strengthen adoption of evidence-based technologies designed to improve outcomes for patients with cardiovascular disease.
