Die Position des Servicetechnikers erfordert eine erfahrene Fachkraft mit umfangreichen Kenntnissen in der Diagnose, Wartung und Reparatur von batteriebetriebenen Elektrofahrzeugen (BEVs). Unser idealer Kandidat zeigt eine "alles ist möglich"-Einstellung und geht seine oder ihre Arbeit mit Elan und Entschlossenheit an.

Die Aufgabe:

• Diagnose, Wartung und Reparatur von Lucid Motors-Fahrzeugen
• Erlernte technische Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse anderen zu demonstrieren und zu vermitteln
• Effektives Arbeiten mit der entsprechenden Software, um alle Interaktionen mit Kundenfahrzeugen ordnungsgemäß und vollständig zu dokumentieren
• Aufrechterhaltung eines hohen Wissensstands über Hochspannungs- und allgemeine elektrische Fahrzeugsysteme
• Effiziente Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Mitgliedern des Serviceteams (z. B. Berater, Manager usw.)
• Befolgen Sie die korrekten Verfahren zur Dokumentation von Reparaturaufträgen
• Kreative Problemlösung und schnelles anpassen in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld
• Liebe zum Detail und Leidenschaft für positive Kundenerlebnisse
• Leidenschaft für nachhaltige Mobilitaet und die Veränderung der Automobilbranche

Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum KFZ-Mechatroniker oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
• Kenntnisse über Hochspannungssysteme, Niederspannungssysteme und elektrische Fahrzeugantriebe
• Die Fähigkeit unterwegs zu arbeiten und das mobile Serviceteam bei Bedarf zu unterstützen
• Erfahrung in der Reparatur von Premium Fahrzeugen
• Kreative Problemlösung und schnelles Denken in einem hektischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld
• Liebe zum Detail und Leidenschaft für positive Kundenerlebnisse
• Die Fähigkeit, von unterwegs zu arbeiten und das mobile Serviceteam bei Bedarf zu unterstützen
• Leidenschaft für nachhaltige Transportmittel und die Veränderung der Automobilbranche
• Fähigkeit, erlernte technische Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse anderen zu demonstrieren und zu vermitteln
• Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit zur Nutzung grundlegender Computeranwendungen wie Microsoft Office sowie zur Erlernung proprietärer DMS-Software
• Muss einen gültigen Führerschein besitzen

Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.  Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
