About the Role

You will have the opportunity to frequently see your work showcased to more than 30,000 associates while working side-by-side with smart, talented people who will challenge you to grow and excel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Execution & Storytelling: Develop and launch comprehensive internal communication campaigns aligned with Card’s strategic priorities, using storytelling to drive engagement and culture
- Stakeholder Management: Partner effectively across matrixed leadership teams, exercising sound judgment, composure under pressure, and emotional intelligence when driving alignment
- Channel Strategy: Write, publish and distribute targeted content optimized for specific channels, including e-mail, Slack, intranet, newsletters, and events
- Story Mining (Journalism Mindset): Act as an internal reporter—proactively interviewing stakeholders, asking sharp questions, and translating complex business initiatives into clear, human-centered stories
- Editorial Planning: Maintain and manage the editorial calendar for Card-wide communications, ensuring a balanced frequency of business updates, culture stories, and leadership messaging
- Analytics & Optimization: Track, analyze and report on channel metrics and feedback to continuously refine and improve our communications strategy and messaging
- Tool Adoption: Leverage emerging productivity and AI tools to streamline content drafting and editorial workflows
