Działalność zespołu koncentruje się na kompleksowej obsłudze klientów korporacyjnych w segmencie Business Banking. Twoje zadania:

wspierasz pracowników_czki Biura Faktoringu w ich codziennej pracy
archiwizujesz dokumenty w systemie operacyjnym oraz w katalogach Klienta
przygotowujesz zawiadomienia o cesji kontrahentów
przygotowujesz oświadczenia, porozumienia wg. szablonów oraz zwrotne przeniesienia wierzytelności
zakładasz odbiorców w systemie operacyjnym i zmieniasz wybrane parametry w systemie operacyjnym

Nasze oczekiwania:

jesteś dyspozycyjny_a 30-40 godzin tygodniowo
posiadasz statusu studenta ostatnich lat (preferowane kierunki: finanse i rachunkowość, ekonomia, zarządzanie)
cechuje Cię samodzielność i dobra organizacja pracy własnej
umiesz pracować w zespole
dobrze znasz program Excel, Word
jesteś komunikatywny_a i szybkiego przyswajasz wiedzę
cechują Cię umiejętności analityczne i dbałość o szczegóły
