Dołącz do Zespołu Zakupów w Pionie Finansów. Na co dzień koordynujemy działania związane ze zmianami regulacji wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych dotyczących współpracy z dostawcami i umowami zakupowymi. Prowadzimy proces zarządzania dostawcami, zarządzamy relacjami i strategią współpracy z dostawcami oraz zarządzamy procesem outsourcingu w banku.

Twoje zadania

kontrolujesz jakość danych w systemie zakupowo - księgowym
rejestrujesz kontrakty
wprowadzasz zmiany w rejestracjach umów z naszymi dostawcami
zbierasz i agregujesz dane wymagane w ramach raportowania regulacyjnego
pomagasz przy działaniach projektowych związanych ze zbieraniem i łączeniem danych potrzebnych do raportowania regulacyjnego
współpracujesz z opiekunami umów w banku w zakresie relacji z obecnymi i nowymi dostawcami

Nasze oczekiwania

posiadasz status studenta_tki lub absolwenta_tki do 2 lat od ukończenia studiów, preferowane kierunki ekonomiczne lub logistyka
jesteś dostępny_na minimum 30h w tygodniu
dobrze znasz język angielski - minimum B2 w mowie i w piśmie
posiadasz umiejętność analizy danych z wykorzystaniem pakietu MS Office
jesteś osobą otwartą i masz pozytywne nastawienie
potrafisz pracować pod presją czasu oraz w trybie projektowym
