Your Responsibilities  

• Organise and manage the entire recruitment process through to successful placement, particularly for a high volume of blue-collar employees. 

• Plan and conduct recruitment days and on-site selection processes.  

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, staffing agencies and the Employer Branding Team. 

• Proactively approach potential candidates through various channels and maintain and update the applicant database. 

• Organise and conduct structured interviews to efficiently pre-screen and select suitable candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds. 

• Analyse and continuously optimise relevant recruitment metrics to ensure a smooth and scalable project ramp-up. 

Your Profile  

• Extensive recruitment experience, ideally in projects involving blue-collar roles 

• A completed degree in a relevant field or a comparable vocational qualification 

• Knowledge of the regional logistics labour market is an advantage 

• Strong communication and organisational skills, combined with a structured and independent way of working 

• Very good German and good English language skills
