As a Tax Filing and Rejection Specialist Lead, you will serve as a subject matter expert supporting complex payroll tax filing and rejection matters.
You will guide team members, help resolve escalated cases, and promote timely and accurate customer outcomes.
The role combines payroll tax expertise, data analysis, quality assurance, and process improvement.
You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to investigate recurring issues and strengthen error-prevention strategies.
You will also contribute to root cause analyses, documentation, automation initiatives, and operational improvements.
