YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and leading cross-functional projects.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Build and manage the agency’s project portfolio while conducting strategic monitoring of public policy initiatives, investment programs, and various business opportunities.
Propose tailored projects in response to identified opportunities, along with an optimal implementation plan.
Analyze constraints, interdependencies, and alignment with the agency’s strategic objectives.
Prepare and facilitate project governance meetings in collaboration with the relevant departments and headquarters teams to ensure project approval.
Monitor projects in line with strategic priorities and ensure their proper implementation.
Provide a detailed monthly report to management and headquarters on ongoing projects.
Prepare ad hoc presentations to track project progress and share key information with stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets in coordination with the Finance department.
Lead cross-functional projects, particularly in digital transformation and the development of innovative solutions to support the agency’s teams.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

A master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university, with a focus on Business Administration, Management, or Entrepreneurship.
Diligence, curiosity, organizational skills, and clarity
Strong presentation skills.
You have a very good command of English, both written and spoken.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have an interest in digital solutions and tools.
Previous experience in Africa would be an added asset to fully succeed in this role.
