  • Lead annual business planning, including strategic priorities, growth initiatives, and investment planning.

  • Drive brand equity through consumer-centric marketing, innovation, portfolio management, and integrated communications programs.

  • Translate consumer, customer, shopper, cultural, and market insights into actionable business strategies and growth opportunities.

  • Partner closely with commercial teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, customer activation plans, and marketplace execution.

  • Direct agency and external partner relationships to deliver best-in-class creative, media, partnership, and communications programs.

  • Establish performance measurement frameworks and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, finance, supply chain, insights, innovation, and other key business functions to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and inclusion.

  • Ensure all business activities comply with applicable regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, or general management within consumer packaged goods (CPG), FMCG, beverage, food, retail, or similarly consumer-focused industries.

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale consumer brands and delivering sustained business growth and performance results.

  • Deep expertise in brand strategy, portfolio management, innovation, integrated marketing, and commercial leadership.

  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing significant marketing investments, business planning, and performance metrics.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data, market dynamics, and business insights into clear strategic actions.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across complex matrix organizations.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Proven success building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong strategic judgment, creative problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • Experience managing nationally or globally recognized consumer brands.

  • Experience leading external agency partnerships, integrated communications planning, and large-scale brand campaigns.

  • Experience overseeing innovation pipelines, portfolio architecture, and consumer engagement strategies.

  • Experience in highly matrixed, global organizations and/or across both local and international markets.
