KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client-facing document suite: Define the content, structure, hierarchy of information and design standards for presentations, pitchbooks, brochures, fund and strategy factsheets, and client reporting; own the template library and the quality and consistency of the output produced by Back Office.
  • Reporting design and standards: Work with Investments, Operations and Back Office to define what is reported, how performance and portfolio data is presented and commented, and the editorial standards applied, ensuring materials are clear, accurate, comparable and client-ready.
  • Partnership with Investments: Work side by side with the investment teams to translate strategies, market views and performance into compelling and accurate narratives - market commentaries, outlooks, thought leadership, product stories and campaign content.
  • Digital, web and social media: Own the FAB AM digital presence, including website content and structure, LinkedIn and social channels, digital campaigns, SEO and analytics, ensuring a consistent and professional brand experience.
  • Media relations and thought leadership: Manage press and media relations, spokesperson support, interviews, publications and market commentary programmes that position FAB AM as a reference asset manager in the region.

  • Regulatory and compliance control: Ensure all marketing materials and client communications comply with ADGM and CMA requirements as well as Group brand, legal and compliance standards, including approval workflows, disclaimers, versioning and record-keeping.
  • Internal communication and culture: Lead internal communication initiatives that strengthen FAB AM’s identity, culture and employee engagement.
  • Measurement and reporting: Define and report marketing KPIs - reach, engagement, campaign effectiveness, event conversion, brand perception - and contribute to periodic management reporting and dashboards.
