Wealth Underwriting Assistant- CRE, credit reports, US Tax analysis

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Wealth Underwriting Assistant.

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for providing basic and routine lending support services in operations, documentation, and customer service to Credit teams, and for interacting directly with client on loan related servicing activities
• Identify ways to improve processes and offer ideas for own work and work group
• Ensure proper booking and maintenance of loans, tracking, and monitoring of portfolios on an ongoing basis for issues related to compliance, documentation exceptions, financial statement collection, past due follow-up on payments and loans, and for answering questions and solving problems involving custom lending systems and processes
• Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions within Wealth Underwriting functional area
• Interact with an immediate team and Wealth Underwriting functional area on a wide range of information, as well as internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Wealth Underwriting support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
