What you’ll do

AI & Innovation

• Explore practical applications of AI in a business environment
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes
• Support the integration of AI tools into existing processes
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends

Data & Analytics

• Develop interactive dashboards and management reports
• Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources
• Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support data-driven decision-making processes

Automation & Digital Transformation

• Identify opportunities for process automation
• Support the digitization of existing workflows
• Assist in implementing modern workflow solutions
• Help improve efficiency through technology-driven initiatives

Project Management & Business Support

• Contribute to cross-functional projects
• Assist in the preparation of business cases and concept documents
• Support presentations and materials for management discussions
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders

Your Profile:

Education

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

Technical Skills

Ideally, you have some experience with:

• AI tools and Large Language Models (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Power BI
• Python
• SQL
• Excel and data analysis

Personal Attributes

• Strong interest in technology and innovation
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Structured and organized way of working
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
