Main responsibilities

• Build and improve dashboards, KPIs, and reports that help teams monitor efficiency, spot deviations, and follow process adherence.
• Analyze Order to Cash data and share clear, actionable insights with Global Process Leads, Business System Owners, and Hub teams.
• Translate business needs into Power BI visualizations and turn them into user stories and tasks for developers.
• Train and support colleagues so that data is understood, trusted, and used in everyday decisions.
• Put our data governance approach into practice, keeping data accurate, high quality, secure, and compliant.
• Resolve data quality issues at the source and work with other teams to align on data definitions and data sharing across processes.
• Keep master and reference data consistent across systems and applications and check the accuracy of data from internal and external sources.

About you

• Experience: Proven experience in analytics and a strong understanding of Order to Cash activities, with good business sense.
• Technical skills: Hands-on experience with Power BI and RPA, and solid SAP knowledge. Experience with Agile ways of working, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Lists, or Python is a plus.
• Soft skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, and the ability to train others and present ideas clearly.
• Mindset: A self-starter who takes initiative, works independently under pressure, and delivers excellent service to customers.
• Languages: Excellent English (written and spoken). Other European languages are an advantage
