JOB SUMMARY
To provide prompt, efficient, and responsive service to all resort guests during arrival and departure yacht transfers, to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction. Being the first point of contact with guests, to create an unforgettable first impression and always project a favorable image of the resort. To be responsible for all guest services, registration systems, and procedures connected to the luxury yacht transfers. Provide detailed information on resort services. Project an image of courteousness and hospitality in all guest dealings. In addition, to perform all such duties and to carry out all such responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time to ensure the highest levels of personalized attention and standards of service.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensures all guests are met directly on arrival and boarding of yachts, serving face towels and refreshments.
• Communicates required information on guest preferences regarding resort services to Hosts.
• Communicate with guests the safety regulations by giving a demonstration of putting on a life jacket and an explanation of how to use it in the event of an emergency as well as the length of journey and points of interest during transfers.
• Ensures Yacht/boat is stocked with required beverages, including steel & sparkling water, Coca-Cola normal/light, sprite, Coconut Juice, apple & Mango juices for kids, Milk, coffee, and Tea.
• Ensures amenity Jars are filled at an appropriate level and stock is available if required.
• Ensures decorated two orchid flower arrangements are placed in the right position in a presentable way.
• Ensures amenity basket is filled with Sunscreen, Evian spritzers, glass cleaning Wipes, and spot remover, O&O Pens, writing paper, and resort map are available.
• Ensures restrooms and cabins are neatly cleaned and toilet amenities are in place as per the standard.
• Assists Airport Representatives (if assistance is required) to escort guests and their luggage from the arrival terminal to the yacht and upon departure escorts guests through to the counter to ensure a smooth check-in process for our guests.
• Ensures all special guest requests are met, within moral and ethical norms.
• During transfers from the Airport to the Resort, meets with all guests and performs board check service.
• Knows how to use all Resort Service equipment on board transfers to complete onboard check-in.
• Ensures the comfort of all guests on board transfers during bad weather conditions, offering Seasickness bands and refreshments.
• Handles difficult situations (e.g., Engine breakdown) and effectively communicates to guests on board following resort policies and procedures.
• Communicates promptly and efficiently guest complaints and compliments to the Manager.
• Keeps the immediate Manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Flexible to assist with additional trips, and cleaning duties as and when required as per the operational demands of the resort.
• Responsible for collection and returning of towels, face towels, and linen to laundry.
• Prepare face towels with scent and ensure one towel for each guest is available on board the
• Attends daily crew briefing regularly.
• Participates in “on-the-job” training.
• Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner by establishing Resort’s Policies and Procedures
• To perform all other jobs related to your scope of work, as requested by your superiors or other Managers.

SKILL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field in the same level of property
