Customer support and sales are two of the categories worth checking directly: both run largely on calls and messages rather than a physical location, which the remote share above reflects. At the other end of the same ranking, research (39.1%) and product (40.6%) sit furthest below the site-wide average, work that still leans on being in a specific place.

Do remote AI jobs pay less?

Not by what this catalogue can quote.
