What if you miss the deadline?
You are refunded in full. Just write to us, or we refund you ourselves. The 48 hours count Monday to Friday, from the moment your payment is received.
What is the difference with the free review?
The content is the same kind of written review by a person. The free one is handled in batches, within 2 to 4 business days. The express one has a firm deadline and is paid.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, until the review is delivered. You asked us to start right away, so once it is fully delivered the right of withdrawal ends. The withdrawal form is linked in your confirmation email and in the footer of every page.
What happens to my file?
We keep it 180 days at most, then delete it. We never share it with an employer without asking you first.
