- 了解和理解飞利浦产品(剃须刀/电动牙刷/美姿产品等)的制造流程。
- 扎根制造现场，运用精益生产的知识做现场管理。
- 人员管理：对领班，组长和员工做心理建设及职业发展规划。
- 通过对大数据的分析/人工智能结合工业工程推动持续运营改善。
- 了解和学习使用飞利浦的卓越实践体系和工具。
- 学习和参与工业4.0的推进工作。
