ファイナンシャルアナリストは、経営企画・財務部の一員として担当ビジネス部門と一体となってビジネス戦略や事業計画を策定・実行のサポートをし、経営者の視点からビジネスの成長と財務の健全性をサポートします。予実分析や経営指標のトラッキングのみならず、大量のデータに基づく分析や自ら現場へ赴き何が起きているか実際に把握し、ビジネス部門とアマゾンビジネスの拡大・成長をサポートする提案を行います。さらに、新規サービスの立ち上げや重要な変更に対する、ビジネス部門へのコンサルティング業務も行い、日々起こるビジネスの変化をダイレクトに経験することができます。

＜職種概要＞

データ駆動型の意思決定をリードし、ビジネスの成長機会の特定や、運営効率の向上に貢献していただきます。具体的には、複雑な財務モデリング、予算策定、収益予測、原価計算、投資収益率（ROI）分析などを実施します。最新の分析ツールやテクノロジーを活用し、大規模なデータセットから実用的な示唆を導き出すことが期待されます。

また、事業部門のリーダーやステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、経営判断に必要な財務分析や提言を行い、事業戦略の策定から実行までを財務面からサポートします。

• 財務計画、予算策定、および業績予測活動をリードする

• 事業判断に向けた高度な財務モデリングおよびROI分析を実施する

• 月次・四半期の財務報告書およびKPIダッシュボードを作成・報告する

• 事業部門のステークホルダーと連携し、戦略的施策を推進する

• SQL/Excelを活用したデータ分析を行い、実行可能なインサイトを提供する

• 新規事業の立ち上げおよび成長機会を支援する

• 事業パフォーマンスに関する主要指標を策定・管理する

• コスト最適化戦略を特定し、実行する

Basic qualifications

- 大学（学士-修士-博士課程）に在学中、かつ2028年９月までに入社可能な方
- 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
- 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

Preferred qualifications

- 高い分析力と細部への注意力
- プロセス改善の経験
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- ロジカルに物事を考える能力
