Account Executives are Sendcloud's growth engine in their markets. You own the full commercial cycle from cold outreach to close for the NL market and you build the local partner relationships that keep momentum going long after a deal is signed. If your instinct is to build rather than manage, and you'd rather put your name on a market than inherit a polished book, this is the role.

🧐 The Role

• As an Account Executive at Sendcloud, you own the full commercial cycle for Netherlands - from first prospecting contact through signed contract.

• You build and manage a mixed pipeline of e-commerce retailers, marketplaces, and fulfillment companies, running both inbound qualification and self-generated outbound.

• You identify, develop, and activate local e-commerce partnerships that extend Sendcloud's reach and generate sustained referral volume in your market.

• Your results directly shape how fast Sendcloud grows in your territory — and the scope of the role grows with your performance.

🎯 What you'll do

• Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.

• Drive outbound acquisition through structured cold calling, personalised email sequences, and LinkedIn prospecting.

• Build and qualify a healthy pipeline using a combination of inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.

• Identify and develop e-commerce partnerships in your market, activating local players as Sendcloud ambassadors.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and your international sales colleagues to adapt and sharpen your market approach.

• Track pipeline activity and performance accurately in CRM, using data to prioritise your time and continuously improve your conversion.

• Represent Sendcloud at relevant local events and industry touchpoints where commercial opportunity exists.

• You're a hunter by nature: building a pipeline from scratch is more motivating to you than managing an existing book.

• You thrive with autonomy and take ownership of outcomes, not just activities. You don't wait to be told what to prioritise.

• You bring unapologetic energy to everything, the kind that makes prospects pay attention and colleagues want in your corner.

Professionally

• At least two years of experience in SaaS sales, with a track record of hitting and exceeding quota.

• Proven experience in outbound sales, including cold calling and cold acquisition in a B2B environment.

• Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.

• Experience building or activating commercial partnerships is an advantage but not a requirement.
