Amazon Business handles thousands of bulk quote requests from enterprise customers every week, and many of the most complex deals require a human touch to get across the finish line. The Quoting Concierge Team is where that happens. As an Account Representative I, you will own enterprise quote requests end-to-end — from intake and supplier outreach through pricing negotiation and deal closure. You will manage a high-volume pipeline of active requests, make real-time prioritization decisions, and collaborate with partners across Catalog, Supply Chain, and Account Management to convert deals within tight timelines. This is also a unique moment to join: the team is rolling out AI-assisted workflows that will reshape how reps operate, and you will be among the first to work within this model from day one.

Key job responsibilities
- Own complex bulk quote requests end-to-end, coordinating supplier outreach, pricing negotiations, and deal structures to drive conversion within SLA targets for Amazon Business enterprise customers.
- Manage a pipeline of 80–100+ active quoting requests simultaneously, using deal analytics and customer data to prioritize high-impact opportunities and report on portfolio health.
- Partner with Catalog, Supply Chain, Account Executives, and Automation teams to resolve blockers, escalate complex deal structures, and align on customer solutions.
- Adopt and scale AI-assisted workflows to compress first-contact time, reduce pre-work effort, and increase your capacity for higher-value customer engagement.
- Identify patterns across deal workflows and implement process improvements that reduce cycle time and improve team-wide productivity, while documenting best practices and supporting new team member onboarding.

A day in the life
You start your day checking your queue for new quote requests that came in overnight. You review each one to understand what the customer needs — how many units, which products, delivery timeline, and whether they are a repeat buyer or new to Amazon Business. You prioritize based on deal value and how quickly the customer is likely to respond. For active deals, you reach out to sellers through Seller Central to get competitive pricing on bulk quantities, draft quotes, verify pricing and availability, and send options back to the buyer. Throughout the day, you juggle open requests at various stages: some waiting on seller responses, some on buyer decisions, and others requiring you to chase down catalog issues or coordinate with the supply chain team on fulfillment. You close out unresponsive deals after the follow-up window to keep your pipeline moving. In between, you test new AI tools the team is building to handle initial outreach and data gathering on simpler requests, freeing you to focus on complex, multi-item deals where your judgment and negotiation skills make the difference. You end the day updating your deal records so nothing falls through the cracks tomorrow.

About the team
The Quoting Concierge Team sits within Amazon Business and is the only human-assisted deal facilitation team for bulk and spot-buy quoting across the organization. We handle the complex, high-touch scenarios that automation alone cannot solve — multi-item deals, custom pricing structures, and strategic account projects for some of Amazon Business's largest customers. Our closest partners include the product and engineering teams behind the automated quoting engine, as well as Catalog, Supply Chain, and Account Management. We are a small, collaborative team that values autonomy, and we are actively investing in AI-powered tools to scale our reach and serve more customers faster.

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Customer Service, Pricing Negotiation, Pipeline Management, B2b Sales, and AI Workflows. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
  • Put the AI tool in a bullet point about what you did, not just in a skills list — this role treats it as a required part of the job.
