Job Description:

Este cargo realiza de soporte al cliente en confirmación de pedidos y facturación.


Responsabilidades:

 

  • Confirmar los pedidos en el sistema para activar el proceso automático de facturación
  • Realizar seguimiento de procesos de facturación en el sistema del cliente, por cada pedido procesado por la operación de bodega hasta tener la factura física
  • Descargar e Imprimir las facturas de la plataforma, en el computador asignado por el cliente
  • Generar los paquetes documentales para los despachos de pedidos, así mismo revisar el checklist de documentos para pedidos de distribuidores
  • Llevar control en EXCEL de documentos emitidos por cada pedido

 

Requisitos:

  • Estudios: Técnico en Logistica - ing. Industrial o afines
  • Horario: Lunes a viernes 8:00 a.m a 5:00 pm
  • Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial 100%
  • Lugar de trabajo: KM 1.5 vía Siberia - Tenjo. Terminales Logísticos de Colombia
