Ads Product Marketing Manager, Prime Video AUNZ

Drive advertising product marketing, brand partnerships, and house ads strategy for Prime Video AUNZ.
You will enable Ads sales and marketing teams with compelling insights and materials, manage end-to-end title brand partnership programs, and develop strategies to leverage house ads inventory for broader Prime Video KPIs. This is a high-visibility role requiring the ability to operate across multiple parallel workstreams, influence senior stakeholders across PV, Ads, Legal, PR, and Finance, and deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Key job responsibilities
Ads Product Marketing
• Work cross-functionally with the Ads GTM team to build relevant insights and messaging that engage and build affinity with advertisers
• Partner with the Ads Event Marketing team to activate PV Ads messaging at key industry events
• Support the launch of new PV Ads programs and product features via GTM planning, monitoring tests, and providing visibility to stakeholders
• Identify critical insights from the ad sales process and craft clear, advertiser-facing marketing materials
Brand Partnership Program Management
• Manage the end-to-end process for title partnerships across PVA and Live Events, delivering against revenue goals
• Work cross-functionally with Ads GTM, Legal, and PV O&O Marketing to develop exciting, advertising-friendly packages against key Amazon Originals, licensed titles, and multi-title packages
• Partner with PV Content and Legal teams to secure partnership-eligible titles and navigate content rights
• Collaborate with PV Marketing to develop advertiser-facing materials for partnership titles
• Work with Finance to ensure brand partnership revenue is correctly attributed to titles
House Ads Strategy & Operations
• Develop strategy for allocating remnant PV ad inventory (e.g., from PVA, Live Events) to drive non-ads PV KPIs
• Partner with WW and local Finance and BI teams to develop House Ads reporting mechanisms
• Work with WW PVA and local Marketing teams to source marketing assets
• Build House Ads supply into Live Events in partnership with Ads teams
• Advocate for increase/decrease of inventory supply for House Ads based on performance data
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of program management, product marketing, or advertising operations experience
• Experience managing programs with multiple parallel workstreams at different stages of a product lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, legal, finance, and content teams
• Experience crafting clear, customer-facing marketing materials for B2B audiences
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in advertising sales, media, or entertainment industries
• Understanding of content rights and licensing in media markets
• Experience with sponsorship or brand partnership programs
• Familiarity with advertising metrics, revenue attribution, and GTM planning
• Ability to influence stakeholders (including PR and Legal) to support advertising goals
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
