At PwC, our people in data and analytics engineering focus on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. Those in artificial intelligence and machine learning at PwC will focus on developing and implementing advanced AI and ML solutions to drive innovation and enhance business processes. Your work will involve designing and optimising algorithms, models, and systems to enable intelligent decision-making and automation.

你將負責的工作

  • 投入大型語言模型（LLM）的研究與開發，進行模型微調與效能優化。

  • 設計並實作聰明的 AI Agent 系統，整合多元的資料與 LangChain 等框架。

  • 參與自有 AI 產品的開發，從後端 API 設計、資料串接到系統整合，你都將有機會參與。

  • 與跨領域的團隊合作，將 AI 技術應用於真實的商業情境，解決客戶的挑戰。

背景／能力要求

  • 熟悉 Python，並具備物件導向程式設計的觀念。

  • 有大型語言模型（LLM）、自然語言處理（NLP）或 AI Agent 的開發經驗。

  • 熟悉至少一種深度學習框架，例如 PyTorch 或 TensorFlow。

  • 具備後端開發經驗，了解 RESTful API、資料庫及至少一種雲端服務（AWS/Azure/GCP）。

​加分條件

  • 有多模態 AI 或 強化學習專案經驗。

  • 熟悉 MLOps、模型部署與監控。

  • 具備 產品開發經驗，能從零到一打造 AI 應用。

  • 熟悉 Docker / Kubernetes 等容器化技術。

  • 英文技術文件閱讀與撰寫能力佳。

  • 具製造業、流通業背景經驗者佳。
