About Voodoo
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
Team
Yuzu is building a portfolio of real money gaming apps, combining accessible mobile gameplay with competition and real cash prizes. We’re currently developing our first games, with the ambition to launch and grow several apps.
We’re a small team working across product, creative production and growth, using AI to prototype ideas, create content and test quickly. Joining Yuzu means getting involved before launch, taking ownership of projects and helping shape both the games we build and the way we work.
Role
You will work closely with the team building the product and launching the business. You will contribute across creative production, AI workflows and early growth, with room to suggest ideas and take them through to execution.
Your role is to turn ideas into things we can use and test: creative assets, playable prototypes, useful workflows and experiments that help us move towards launch.
Produce creative content. Develop concepts and create videos, visuals, animations and gameplay content for our marketing. Take an idea from a first draft to an asset we can put in front of users.
Build systems with AI. Turn repetitive work into practical workflows for research, content production and testing. Create reusable templates and lightweight automations, and check the quality of the outputs.
Benchmark widely. Explore competing games and relevant consumer apps. Study their creatives, onboarding, gameplay and reward systems, then turn your observations into ideas we can try.
Prototype interactive experiences. Use AI, no-code or coding tools to build demos, small game concepts and playable ads. Learn the tools needed to get a first version working.
Run frequent experiments. Quickly test different creative angles, formats and interactions. Be clear about what you want to learn, review the results and recommend what to try next.
Help get the business ready to launch. Produce and organise launch assets and materials, spot gaps and pick up practical tasks with the team. Follow through until they are done.
Profile
You are a final-year student or recent graduate, ideally from an engineering school or a leading business school. You learn quickly, enjoy unfamiliar problems and want to help launch a new business in real money gaming.
You build things on your own. You have side projects to show: a small product, a website, a content project, a game prototype or an automation. You can explain what you made and how you approached it.
You are comfortable working with AI. You already use AI to research, create and solve practical problems. You enjoy combining tools into repeatable workflows and improving how work gets done.
You have a knack for content. Experience with image and video generation, editing tools, AI coding assistants, no-code workflows or simple scripting will be useful. A good visual eye and an interest in consumer products will also help.
You are curious and analytical. You like exploring products, comparing approaches and testing ideas. You can break down a problem, identify a useful first experiment and explain what you learned.
You take initiative and follow through. You are comfortable switching between creative, technical and business tasks. You can make progress independently, ask for feedback and flag blockers early.
You work well in French and English. You speak fluent French and have strong written and spoken English. You can communicate your ideas clearly and research unfamiliar topics independently.
Nice to have: You have a feel for games. You explore new games and notice what makes a mechanic satisfying or an experience engaging. Card games, tournament formats and risk-and-reward mechanics are familiar territory.
We will value your ability to learn, choose the right tools and deliver work that we can use.
