Buscamos un/a AI Transformation Consulting Principal para liderar el diseño, venta y ejecución de programas de transformación con IA para clientes. El rol combina estrategia, tecnología, gestión del cambio y captura de valor, ayudando a organizaciones a escalar el uso de IA, copilots, asistentes y aceleradores de forma responsable y medible.

Responsabilidades

Liderar conversaciones con clientes y sponsors senior para definir visión, roadmap y casos de uso de IA.
Diseñar y ejecutar programas de transformación con IA, incluyendo operating model, governance, adopción y medición de valor.
Impulsar la adopción de copilots, asistentes empresariales y soluciones GenAI.
Definir estrategias de change management y AI adoption, incluyendo comunicación, training, enablement y seguimiento de uso.
Asesorar en selección de plataformas, modelos, aceleradores y enfoque build/buy/partner.
Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios de negocio, change, datos, producto, arquitectura e ingeniería.
Apoyar desarrollo comercial, propuestas, growth de cuentas y posicionamiento de la práctica.

Requisitos

+10 años de experiencia en consultoría, transformación digital, change management o tecnología.
Experiencia liderando programas complejos de transformación, idealmente con foco en AI, GenAI, automation o enterprise productivity.
Conocimiento de LLMs, copilots, asistentes, RAG, prompt engineering, governance y Responsible AI.
Experiencia en adopción organizativa, gestión del cambio y captura de beneficios.
Fuerte capacidad ejecutiva, comercial y de liderazgo de equipos.
Inglés avanzado.

Formación

Título universitario en Ingeniería, Administración, Economía, Sistemas o afines.
Deseable MBA, maestría o certificaciones en AI, transformación digital o change management.
