We are looking for an experienced Fund Accounting Officer with strong Private Equity Fund of Funds accounting experience to lead end-to-end fund accounting operations, drive process improvement initiatives, and manage complex stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will possess strong technical accounting knowledge, project leadership capabilities, and the ability to effectively collaborate with client, home site teams, and other internal teams while delivering high-quality service and operational excellence.

What you will be responsible for:

As Officer you will:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Private Equity fund accounting and administration processes for the assigned client relationship, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with client requirements and internal control standards.
• Manage and review key fund accounting processes including daily investment activity cash booking, monthly investment reconciliations, quarterly cash reconciliations, quarterly partners’ capital reconciliations and quarterly NAV workpapers, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely delivery.
• Lead and participate in functional projects, process migrations, system enhancements and new platform onboarding, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
• Maintain strong working relationships with home site, client, and other internal teams to resolve issues and achieve business goals.
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying automation opportunities, challenging existing processes, simplifying operational workflows and implementing scalable solutions that enhance productivity, reduce risk and improve client experience.
• Monitor operational risk, control effectiveness, and delivery quality through review of reconciliations, workpapers, issue logs, and completion trackers, ensuring timely escalation and remediation of identified issues.            
• Coach and develop team members through training, knowledge sharing, technical guidance, regular 1:1 discussions and performance feedback while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Develop, maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational guidelines and process documentation to support effective knowledge management, training and operational consistency.
• undefinedWhat we value:This role requires strong communication, staff management, multiple tasks management and project management skills as well relevant industry experience. Candidates must have a college degree (business, accounting, economics, mathematics, finance and at least 5 years of accounting and/or financial service operations experience.Education & Preferred Qualifications:Accounting background is preferred;Familiar with PE funds and market;5+ years’ experience in Fund Accounting; big four/ fund house / accounting firm work experience is preferred;CPA, ACCA or CFA qualification (completed or in progress) is preferred.Candidates with long periods at the same companies;Strong English and effective communication skills;Strong problem solving and analytical skills;Detail-oriented, logical thinking, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, risk mindset and team work are required; Good interpersonal skill and team spirit;Organizational skills;Continuous improvement mindset, with interest in workflow redesign, automation, standardization and knowledge sharing.
