- Conocimientos de redacción de políticas y procedimientos, flujos de diagramas. MS Visio, Bizagi.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en Posorja.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en gestión de procesos, gestión de calidad, sistemas de gestión, auditoría interna, mejora continua, documentación de procesos o control documental.
- Elaborar y actualizar documentos (Procedimientos, Instructivos, Formularios, etc.) de los sistemas de gestión de las unidades de negocio.
- Verificar el cumplimiento normativo de los requisitos de los sistemas de gestión de las unidades de negocio.
- Realizar el levantamiento y análisis de información para elaborar flujogramas de los procesos.
- Identificar y recomendar optimizaciones detectadas en la documentación o flujos de procesos.
- Identificar y desarrollar las plantillas de indicadores para los sistemas de gestión.
