Como Analista de Compras, você será peça-chave na operação de diversas Estações (Delivery Stations), atuando como elo entre a área Global de Procurement e as lideranças dos sites.
Seu papel será garantir que as compras de insumos e serviços funcionem de forma eficiente, estratégica e alinhada aos padrões globais da Amazon — atendendo simultaneamente múltiplas unidades com diferentes necessidades operacionais.
Key job responsibilities
- Gerenciar o ciclo completo de compras (sourcing, negociação, PO, recebimento e pagamento) para múltiplas Estações.
- Ser o ponto focal de Procurement para os stakeholders locais, entendendo demandas e traduzindo-as em ações de compras;
- Garantir aderência às políticas globais de Procurement, atuando como guardião dos processos e compliance;
- Identificar oportunidades de consolidação de volume, padronização de itens e redução de custos entre sites;
- Colaborar com fornecedores para assegurar qualidade, prazos e condições comerciais competitivas;
- Suportar a abertura de novos sites, garantindo que a cadeia de suprimentos indiretos esteja pronta para o Day 1;
- Atuar na resolução de problemas operacionais relacionados a compras com senso de urgência e ownership.
- Monitorar a qualidade do serviço dos fornecedores de Facilities.
A day in the life
Your role combines strategic vendor management with practical operational oversight. You'll balance multiple priorities - from ensuring day-to-day facility services run smoothly to optimizing long-term procurement strategies.
Basic qualifications
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business
- Procurement, purchasing, supply chain related work in a procurement organization experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a procurement organization performing vendor management, contract management, negotiating complex purchases, and bidding
