As a Data Analyst Intern, you will collaborate closely with teams across Consumer Knowledge, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. You will be an essential partner in analyzing diverse data streams and building analytical tools that influence business strategies across various domains, from supply chain management to retail and media campaign execution.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
- Delivering analytical updates and insights directly to senior business leaders, focusing on market and share performance of our product portfolio, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping our strategic direction using advanced analytics techniques.
- Leading and enhancing the analytical program for your business unit/category in collaboration with the Consumer Research group, influencing data and business strategy.
- Designing and developing next-generation business analytics tools for category analysts and business partners, overseeing the entire process from design thinking to user adoption.
- Upskilling our organization in data analytics and advanced algorithms, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Consumer Research, Finance, Marketing) and IT teams (Data Engineers/Data Scientists) to translate your innovations into robust, automated solutions.
- Participating in P&G’s analytics capability program to further develop your skills.
Start date: Availability for an immediate start is preferred
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, preferably a dual degree that combines technical and business disciplines (e.g., Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or Business Management).
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, or similar), proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python.
- Strong enthusiasm and curiosity about the intersection of business, technology, and data, with a business and consultancy mindset.
- A passion for learning quickly, trying new things, and collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated with a dynamic, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in French and English (both written and oral).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in (or willingness to learn) coding in cloud environments.

En tant que stagiaire Data Analyst, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes Consumer Knowledge, Marketing, Ventes et Finance. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’analyse de flux de données variés et la création d’outils analytiques qui influencent les stratégies de l’entreprise dans de nombreux domaines, de la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement à l’exécution des campagnes commerciales et médias.
Vos responsabilités incluront notamment :
- Présenter directement aux dirigeants de l’entreprise des analyses et des enseignements sur les performances du marché, les parts de marché de notre portefeuille de produits et les opportunités de croissance, afin d’orienter notre stratégie grâce à des techniques d’analyse avancée.
- Piloter et renforcer le programme analytique de votre unité opérationnelle ou catégorie, en collaboration avec l’équipe Consumer Research, afin d’influencer la stratégie data et la stratégie business.
- Concevoir et développer des outils d’analyse nouvelle génération à destination des analystes de catégorie et des partenaires business, en supervisant l’ensemble du processus, de la réflexion initiale à l’adoption par les utilisateurs.
- Développer les compétences de notre organisation en analyse de données et en algorithmes avancés, tout en encourageant une culture d’apprentissage continu et d’innovation.
- Collaborer avec des équipes multifonctionnelles (Consumer Research, Finance, Marketing) et des équipes IT (Data Engineers/Data Scientists) afin de transformer vos innovations en solutions robustes et automatisées.
- Participer au programme de développement des compétences analytiques de P&G afin de continuer à enrichir votre expertise.
Profil recherché :
- Vous êtes actuellement en Master, idéalement dans le cadre d’un double diplôme associant disciplines techniques et commerciales (par exemple : recherche opérationnelle, informatique, ingénierie, mathématiques appliquées, statistiques, analytique ou management).
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils d’analyse et de visualisation de données (Power BI ou équivalent) et maîtrisez des langages de programmation tels que SQL et Python.
- Vous manifestez un fort enthousiasme et une réelle curiosité pour les interactions entre le business, la technologie et les données, avec un état d’esprit orienté business et conseil.
- Vous aimez apprendre rapidement, expérimenter de nouvelles approches et collaborer avec des personnes aux parcours variés.
- Vous possédez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles, êtes autonome et faites preuve d’un état d’esprit dynamique et proactif.
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
Compétences appréciées :
- Une expérience du développement dans des environnements cloud, ou l’envie de l’apprendre.
