Arcus' leading Payments Platform enables businesses to launch and scale innovative payment experiences across Latin America.

As part of Mastercard's Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) organization, Arcus is helping modernize how businesses and consumers move money through digital payment solutions in Mexico and across the region.

Overview

The Analyst, Account Management will support the growth, retention, and success of Arcus' client portfolio by providing analytical, operational, and relationship management support. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, this role helps drive client satisfaction, business growth, and operational excellence.

In This Role You Will
Support the management and growth of strategic client relationships.
Build and maintain relationships with business, product, operational, and technical stakeholders.
Analyze client performance, transaction trends, and key business metrics.
Develop reports, dashboards, and client-facing presentations.
Identify opportunities for account growth and product adoption.
Coordinate with Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support teams to address client needs.
Support onboarding, implementations, and ongoing client initiatives.
Maintain accurate account information and activity within Salesforce and other internal systems.
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Client Services, Fintech, SaaS, Payments, or a related field.
Experience managing customer relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Interest in financial services, payments, and technology.
Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Key Success Measures
Client satisfaction and responsiveness.
Quality of reporting and business insights.
Product adoption and account growth support.
Timely resolution of client issues and requests.
Accuracy of CRM and account data.
Effective execution of client-facing initiatives.

This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of payments, technology, and client success while supporting the growth of Mastercard's Commercial & New Payment Flows business in Mexico and across Latin America.
