Applikationsspezialist Ultraschall (m/w/d)
Region Berlin und Nord/Ost
Dienstsitz: Home Office mit Firmenwagen
Role and Responsibilities
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb zur Präsentation von diagnostischen Ultraschallsystemen bei Kunden
Durchführung von Produktdemonstrationen und applikationsbezogenen Einweisungen sowie Schulungen/Trainings
Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden bei allen Fragen rund um Anwendung, Bedienung und Technik
Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung individueller Lösungen
Unterstützung des Vertriebs durch fachliche Expertise im gesamten Sales-Prozess
Weitergabe von Kundenfeedbacks an das Produktmanagement
Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Entscheidern und Referenzkunden
Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Kongressen, Workshops und Events
Skills and Qualifications
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medizintechnik, Medizin, Biomedizin, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar alternativ Ausbildung als MTA mit Zusatzqualifikation
Erfahrung im Bereich des diagnostischen Ultraschalls oder bildgebender Verfahren von Vorteil
Gutes anatomisches Verständnis und technisches Interesse
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Fähigkeit komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Hohe Eigenmotivation und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region und gelegentlich deutschlandweit
