エリアマネージャーとして、出荷計画の立案・配送ルート最適化・チームマネジメントを担い、日々進化するAmazonの物流オペレーションをリードしていただきます。

Key job responsibilities
デリバリーステーション（DS）において、日次オペレーションの計画・実行・管理を担う。具体的には、入荷（Inbound）・仕分け（Sort）・出発（OFD）の各工程における進捗管理、労務計画、および生産性指標の達成をリードする。
50名規模のチームメンバーを率い、安全（Safety）・品質・コストのバランスを取りながらオペレーションを最適化する。日々の業務ではデータ分析に基づくボトルネック特定と改善施策の立案・実行（PDCA）を行い、標準作業手順の整備・徹底を推進する。また、ラストマイル配送パートナーとの連携を通じ、配送品質の向上と顧客体験の最大化に貢献する。加えて、アソシエイトの育成・エンゲージメント向上、およびAmazonのLeadership Principlesに基づく組織文化の醸成も重要な責務である。
