Match Group Legal is consolidating commercial contracting into a single, dedicated function serving our portfolio of brands, including Tinder, Hinge, Match, Plenty of Fish, OkCupid, The League, HER, and others. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on VP-level candidate to scale and lead this function: managing a small team of commercial contracting professionals, and vendor, SaaS/technology, and operations contracting matters across Match Group's global business, and reimagining what commercial contracting looks like with AI in the loop.
This is a rare opportunity to help design and effectively scale a function rather than inherit one — consolidating work that today is spread across multiple brands and managers, building the team, tools, and processes from the ground up, and partnering closely with Legal AI Enablement to make this one of the most AI-forward legal functions at Match Group.
