Job Description:

Overall PSD H&B Portfolio leader with people management

Key Responsibilities

Lead the area portfolio strategy to drive growth, align with customer needs, and support business priorities across markets, segments, and territory.
Align with business direction into CHK area execution, including focus product priorities, portfolio reviews, rationalization, and sustainable new product growth.
Connect customer and market insights to CHK new product pipeline and support new product planning and commercialization execution.
Manage portfolio activities, focus on strategic product codes, diversified product reviews, and portfolio rationalization programs as needed.
Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market trends, and portfolio performance analysis.
Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to align strategy and deliver results.
Provide people management by coaching, guiding, and developing team members where applicable, while influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization to achieve portfolio objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above.
Significant professional experience in portfolio management, product management, strategic marketing, commercialization, or related business leadership roles.
Proficient in data analysis and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills are preferred
Fluent in English
