- Graduado de tercer nivel en carreras de Administración o afines.
- Manejo de sistema de Evolution.
- Conocimientos generales de nómina, beneficios socialesy legislación laboral.
- 1 a 2 años de experiencia como Asistente Administrativa o Nómina.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en Posorja en turnos rotativos.
- Realizar y controlar en el sistema Evolution la planificación de tiempo, asignación de horarios, verificación de horas trabajadas y corrección de las marcaciones del personal de las áreas asignadas del terminal portuario.
- Planificar y seguir las solicitudes del personal de las áreas asignadas relacionadas a vacaciones, licencias con/sin sueldo y permisos médicos.
- Notificar a los departamentos de Bienestar Social y Nomina las actualizaciones de datos de los trabajadores tales como cambios de domicilio, teléfono, cargas familiares, etc.
- Coordinar con las diferentes áreas el cambio o variación de horarios en temas de alimentación y transporte.
- Colaborar en las diferentes capacitaciones/eventos realizados por el área de Recursos Humanos, salud ocupacional y safety en los diferentes turnos.
