Amazon está buscando personas brillantes, motivadas y trabajadoras para ocupar puestos de Empleado de Recepción en nuestro centro de distribución. El Empleado es responsable de programar todos los envíos de inventario entrante, estiba e inventario saliente, resolver cualquier problema con los transportistas, archivar los recibos de entrega y procesar reclamos. Además, ayudará a los asociados de Muelle, Despacho y Recepción a mantener el flujo de trabajo entrante/saliente.

· Trabajo con y/o alrededor de partes mecánicas en movimiento.
· El nivel de ruido varía y puede ser alto.
· La temperatura en el centro de distribución puede variar entre 15 y 35 grados, y ocasionalmente superará los 35 grados.
· Ambiente de trabajo de ritmo ágil.

Key job responsibilities
- Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro, y un flujo constante hacia la Estación de Entrega.
- Asegurar que todos los conteos de unidades entrantes y salientes sean correctos y documentar cuando no lo sean.
- Comunicarse con seguridad para permitir la entrada de entregas al patio de camiones.
- Responsable de la gestión de cartón corrugado embalado y remolques con pallets completos.
- Monitorear la Programación de Inventario.
- Archivar recibos de entrega firmados.
- Procesar reclamos de Excedentes, Faltantes y Daños.
- Entender y seguir todos los procesos del muelle.
- Responsable de eliminar barreras para los asociados del muelle.
- Crear y comunicar un calendario de envíos entrantes para el Equipo de Gestión de Entrada.

Basic qualifications

- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred qualifications

- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
