Au sein d’une de nos équipes du Front Office composée de gestionnaires et d’assisant(e) de gestion, l’assistant de gestion stagiaire participe à toutes les activités quotidiennes du Service de Front Office. Cela comprend notamment :
Assistance dans la préparation des dossiers pour les nouvelles relations de la banque et correspondance en relation avec les ouvertures de comptes.
Observation et formation dans l’exécution des ordres de clients (transactions journalières: transferts, dépôts, etc.).
Mise à jour documentation clients / Tiers Gérants
Revue KYC
Support administratif aux gestionnaires
YOUR PROFILE
- Français / Anglais niveau courant
- Fort intérêt pour le domaine ou la fonction liés au stage
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe
- Forte motivation pour apprendre et développer de nouvelles compétences
- Connaissances de base des outils, logiciels ou concepts pertinents (le cas échéant)
- Adaptabilité et volonté de relever de nouveaux défis
- Enthousiasme pour contribuer à des projets et à diverses tâches.
