YOUR CHALLENGE

Au sein du Service du Booking Center composé de 5 collaborateurs, l’assistant de gestion participe à toutes les activités quotidiennes du Service. Cela comprend notamment l’assistance dans la préparation des dossiers pour les nouvelles relations de la banque et correspondance en relation avec les ouvertures de comptes, l’observation et la formation dans l’exécution des ordres de clients (transactions journalières : transferts, dépôts, etc.) ainsi que le support administratif aux gestionnaires.

YOUR PROFILE

Français / Anglais niveau courant
Fort intérêt pour le domaine ou la fonction liés au stage
Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe
Forte motivation pour apprendre et développer de nouvelles compétences
Connaissances de base des outils, logiciels ou concepts pertinents (le cas échéant)
Adaptabilité et volonté de relever de nouveaux défis
Enthousiasme pour contribuer à des projets et à diverses tâches.
