Job Responsibilities:

1. Distribution Engagement & Health Sales Enablement

• Build and sustain trusted, proactive relationships with agency leaders and key agents across channels; maintain a steady cadence (briefings, roadshows) to surface field pain points quickly and strengthen confidence in selling health.
• Produce clear, practical selling aids and tools (objection handling scripts, underwriting tips and FAQs).
• Capture field insights and feed them back to product, underwriting and operations to refine propositions, underwriting guidance and case handling.

2. Health Underwriting Enquiry Handling & Case Escalation

• Serve as the primary contact for agents’ health underwriting questions
• Coach pre-underwriting and case packaging to ensure complete, high-quality submissions, reduce turnaround time and improve straight-through rates.

3. Health Training and Capability Building (with performance management)

• Build practical modules covering pre-underwriting preparation aligned to target segments
• Execute workshops, webinars and small-group coaching clinics
• Track pre/post knowledge and tool adoption.
• Use distribution feedback and enquiry analytics to continuously refine content with Product, Underwriting and Operations.

Job Requirements:

• Solid track record in the underwriting field with at least 6 years relevant experience in life insurance underwriting
• Professional qualification in Life Insurance including FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• University Degree in any discipline
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken) including Putonghua
• PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
