This role is responsible for sourcing and onboarding merchants in the e-commerce space to grow the GrabMall list of partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the e-commerce industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of driving results.

• Identify and generate qualified leads, and build and maintain a database of target accounts.
• Manage sales pipeline from sourcing leads to onboarding merchants on the platform
• Build and manage strong business relationships with accounts through engagements with the relevant stakeholders
• Pitch different products, services, and other commercial initiatives and negotiate contract terms and conditions
• Collaborate very closely with teams from other departments to assist in delivering excellent end-to-end merchant service delivery and response to market trends and needs
• Resolve any issues and problems of your merchants and act as a link between your customers and the internal teams
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase number of onboarded merchants within assigned key accounts
• Monitor sales funnel against KPIs and prepare regular reports and insights for management review
• Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic account planning and recommendations

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• You have 3+ years of sales and account management experience in the e-Commerce industry.
• You have great interpersonal, communication, and strong negotiation skills
• You can showcase passion and leadership. Team player and self motivated.
• You have strong organizational & analytical skills
• You have the ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment.
