Associate Loan Servicing Representative

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Loan Servicing Representative.

You will support day-to-day loan servicing activities, assist with customer inquiries, and help ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions. Working with a collaborative team, you will gain valuable industry knowledge, contribute to process improvements, and play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience while supporting operational excellence and risk management across the business.

In this role, you will:

• Support a variety of loan servicing activities, including reviewing loan disbursement requests, processing transactions, preparing loan-related documentation, and completing routine servicing tasks.
• Review, research, and process loan servicing transactions while following established procedures and quality standards.
• Respond to customer and business partner inquiries by phone and email, providing timely support for loan servicing requests and questions.
• Identify opportunities to improve day-to-day processes and escalate complex issues to experienced team members when appropriate.
• Work closely with internal teams, customers, vendors, and title companies to support loan servicing operations and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Receive guidance from supervisors, follow established procedures, and build knowledge of loan servicing processes and requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Basic understanding of loan servicing processes, transactions, or customer support activities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review, process, and maintain records.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with customers, vendors, and business partners.

Desired Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, balancing both in-office and remote work arrangements.
