The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) / Intelligence Systems (IS) is looking for a motivated and self-starting Audio Visual Programmer Analyst (Experienced, Senior or Lead) to join our team based in Herndon, VA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- This position requires an Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance. (U.S. Citizenship Required) (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
- Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in modern programming and scripting languages such as C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python, and Visual Basic
- Experience in system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of complex A/V systems
- Hands-on experience with network programming
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with systems engineering principles and integration best practices
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 4: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Level 5: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- An Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance and current Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP)
- Experience with Crestron programming and system environments using SIMPL+ or C#
- Experience translating customer requirements into software designs
- Knowledge of software systems configuration management
- Experience with object orientated programming
- Experience with HTML/web programming (for user interface design)
- Crestron Gold level programming Certification or higher
- Experience working with local and remote teams
- Experience interfacing directly with all levels of staff and management
- Experience working as a member of a development team

Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $115,600.00 - $156,400.00
Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $141,950.00 - $192,050.00
Summary pay range for Lead (Level 5): $170,850.00 - $231,150.00
