Unser B2B Partnerships Team bei Raisin ist das Bindeglied zwischen unserer Plattform und führenden Banken, Finanzberatern und Fintechs in ganz Europa. Gemeinsam ermöglichen wir es unseren Partnern, attraktive Einlagenprodukte digital an ihre Endkund:innen zu vertreiben.

Von der Gewinnung neuer Partner über ein strukturiertes Onboarding bis hin zur langfristigen Betreuung bestehender Partnerschaften – wir arbeiten eng, datengetrieben und auf Augenhöhe mit unseren Partnern zusammen und gestalten so aktiv die Zukunft des europäischen Sparmarkts.

Your Responsibilities

• Für unser wachsendes Team suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich der Betreuung bestehender B2B-Partnerschaften. Diese Rolle ist ein Hybridrolle die einen starken Fokus auf Prozessskalierung mit Relationship- Management-Elementen vereint

• Du entlastet das Team durch die Zentralisierung, Dokumentation und Automatisierung von wiederkehrenden Relationship Mgmt. Prozessen, z.B. in den Bereichen Reporting, Outsourcing Controlling, CRM Management, Marketing und Kommunikation, SLAs, (technischer) Support.

• Du identifizierst proaktiv wiederkehrende operative Engpässe und entwickelst Prozessverbesserungen sowie Systemautomatisierungen, um das gesamte B2B-Team effizienter zu machen.

• Du kümmerst dich um unserer Einzelmaklerpartnerschaften und wirst speziell dieses Partnerschaftsmodel auf einen skalierbaren Level heben.

• Bei komplexeren Themen arbeitest Du eng mit internen Teams (z. B. Product, Tech, Finance, Legal) sowie bei Bedarf mit externen Stakeholdern zusammen

• Je nach Erfahrung übernimmst Du eigene Projekte und unterstützt flexibel weitere Themen innerhalb des B2B Partnerships Teams

Your Profile

• Du bringst operative Erfahrung in stark wachsenden Technologieunternehmen (idealerweise in der Fintech-Branche). Alternativ hast du in der Beratung deine ersten Erfahrungen gemacht.

• Du hast eine ausgeprägt analytische und proaktive Denkweise – anstatt auf Probleme zu reagieren („firefighting“) stehen eine methodische, strukturierte und datengestützte Umsetzung im Vordergrund.

• Du hast ein starkes Interesse an Systemautomatisierung (idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit No-Code/AI-Tools oder Prozess-Redesign)

• Du bist extrem hands-on und löst Probleme pro-aktiv und eigenständig. Dabei weißt du mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern gut umzugehen.

• Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch auf sehr gutem Niveau; weitere europäische Sprachen sind willkommen

• Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft ist notwendig
